Our Central County Jail Facility visitation entrance is located on the east side of our Facility:

Our South County Jail Facility visitation entrance is located at: 1103 U.S.Hwy. 98 West, Frostproof, Florida.
Visitation is scheduled on a first come/first served basis at the SCJ Visitation Window |

All inmate mail should be sent to Polk County Jail, 2390 Bob Phillips Road, Bartow, FL 33830-3137 (Please include the inmate's booking number.)
Inmate Telephone System:
The PCSO has a collect calling system for inmate use provided by Global Tel-Link (GTL). The system allows inmates to make collect calls. No incoming calls can be received by the inmates. To establish an account with Global Tel-Link, contact them at 1-877-650-4249.
Mailing Money:
If anyone wishes to send money to an inmate, the proper address to do so is:
Mail money orders only to:
(Inmate’s Name - First and Last ) and (Booking Number - if you don't know the number, you can look it up here.)

ATTENTION!
Money orders and cashier checks received on the same day that total over $100.00 will have a hold placed on them for a period of Seven (7) days before the funds are available in the inmate's account. No personal checks will be accepted.
Inmate Accounts may be reached at 863.298.6528
Make money orders payable to the inmate and be sure to include his/her booking number. If you do not know the booking number of the inmate, you can look it up here , or call the information line at (863) 298-6200. This will eliminate any problems if more than one inmate has the same name.
