Andrew VargaOn May 3, 1990, at approx. 12:00p.m., the victim's body was found in a canal behind Akerman, Inc., located at 350 N. Galloway Rd., Lakeland. Antonio MoralesOn 08/03/96, the victim was found dead on the side of the roadway on Rifle Range Rd., just south of 7th St.W., Wahneta. Bonnie Williams HughesOn 2/11/76, the victim was found approximately 200 yards south of Highway 546, near the intersection of 546 and Highway 27. She had been beaten about her head and face. Charles BrittonOn 07/12/81 the victim was working as a store clerk at the Shop-N-Go located at 320 South Combee Rd. in Lakeland. The victim was forced into the cooler of the store and shot with a shotgun during an attempted robbery. Charles G. SteeleThe victim, a security guard, was found in a pool of blood at “Key Punch #1" located on the north side of the Piper Aircraft in Lakeland. Charles GardnerThe victim was found dead in the bedroom of his residence, located at 2375 Old Hwy. 60, Mulberry, on 9/05/90. Chuck SterlingOn 11/10/86, at 11:30 p.m., the victim was shot and severely beaten by an unknown W/M during an attempted armed robbery at the Red Barn Restaurant, located at 6150 New Tampa Hwy., Lakeland. Dallas BeardOn 10/11/94 the victim was found on Bronco Lane, just off Maine Ave., in Eaton Park. The victim was brutally stabbed. Denise Andrea Thornburg,On 09/22/90 the victim was found next to a canal on the west side of County Road 471. She was nude from the waist down. Diago Gama GomezOn 04/10/93, the victim and several other family members were in their residence at 204 Hopson Rd., Frostproof, when three B/M’s entered and started shooting. Donnie JonesOn 01/05/88 the victim was found shot to death on Ave.Y, N.E., Winter Haven. Enrique Flores OrtizThe victim was found murdered outside the Allen's Discount Store located near Snively Avenue and Third Street in Eloise. Gaston Lulle GeerOn 03/22/71, between 10:00 and 10:30 p.m. the victim/owner of the Lucerne Park Grocery located on Lucerne Park Rd. (SR 544), Winter Haven, was found dead inside his place of business. George VarciannaOn 04/24/92 the victim was shot to death while standing on Ave Y N.W., Winter Haven. Jahala WatsonOn June 22, 1993, Jahala Watson, age 38, was reported missing. The victim’s remains were found on State Road 471, just north of the Polk County line. James C. DoolinOn 12/19/95, the victim was shot once in the chest during a drug buy on Center St. in the area of Loughman. Jane Doe04/15/1961 - The victim’s burned body was found on 04/15/61 in a wooded area near SR 542 & Saddle Creek Mine Rd. Javier GomezOn 03-28-98, the victim got in a dispute with (4) Mexican males at his residence, located at 208 Snively Ave. in Eloise, at a rooming house known as the “Eloise Hilton.” Javier MagdalemoOn 01/28/82 the victim was found shot in the chest with a .25 caliber handgun, sitting at the kitchen table in his apartment, located at 206 W. Central Ave., Apt. 11, Eagle Lake. Jeanifer S. WeldonThe victim was reported missing on 9/21/87, after she failed to return home from a friend’s house. John BlakelyOn 11/16/86, the victim’s 1986 Buick was found burned in a wooded area southeast of Idlewood and Flamingo Dr., Bartow. John DoeOn 11/28/92 the victim was found beaten to death in an orange grove on Stokes Rd., Frostproof John DoeMale, age 35-45, Latin-American, short in stature. On 02/15/87 the victim’s skeletal remains were found in a wooded area located at 2201 Rifle Range Rd., Alturas. John DoeW/M, age approx. 50. On 05/17/72 the victim’s badly decomposed body was found approx. 500 yards east of the overpass off of Highway 17, South of Eloise. John MoxieOn 03/19/81 between the hours of 0130hrs-0145hrs, the victim was robbed and beaten in the parking lot of the Peek-A-Boo Lounge, on Hwy 92 E of Lakeland. Jose Coronilla-GarciaVictim and his brother were entering their residence when three black males approached on foot. One of the suspects fired a 9mm handgun at them. Jose RevollarOn 05/25/92, the victim was found shot on 2nd St., Wahneta. Joseph H. AsherOn 08/10/82, the victim and his wife, Peggy Asher, were shot to death in the living room of their office apartment at the Sands Motel, located at 830 Hwy 27 S, Lake Wales, after an apparent robbery attempt. Juan Manuel CruzThe victim was found murdered near the railroad tracks located by U.S. 17/92 and Smith Rd near Haines City. Karen WatsonOn March 24, 1987, Karen Watson was found murdered inside her residence, located at 151 Old Polk City Rd,. between Lake Alfred and Polk City. Kerry LynnThe victim, of 645 Grady Lane, Lakeland, was found murdered near the Lakeland Animal Clinic at 3421 Lakeland Hills Blvd. Marie MichelThe victim, a native of Haiti, was found shot to death inside the residence of her daughter, Marie Geffard, located at 320 Sandpine Trail in Winter Haven, Florida. Martha E. RamseyOn 03/31/81 the victim was found in an orange grove off Little Zion Rd. in Davenport, FL. Mary V. VavrekOn 11/12/92, the victim was transported to the Winter Haven Hospital and died a short time later. Michael David HamiltonOn 01/06/90, the victim was found dead in his car at the E-Z Food Store, located at Power Line Rd. and Baker Dairy Rd. Murray “Hoppy” DelongThe victim was found dead on 5/16/97, in front of his storage shed located at 911 Munn Ave., Lakeland. Nancy LopezOn 08/28/89 a badly decomposed body was found in a wooded area off County Road 54 in Loughman. Opal WilliamsOn 03/09/77 the victim was found in a wooded area approx. 3/10 of a mile west of Highway 27, south of K.O.A. Campground near Lake Wales. Pamela J. FranklinThe victim, a prostitute and crack cocaine abuser, was found on 11/24/94 in an orange grove in the area of Old Dixie and Saddle Creek Rd., Auburndale. Paul Douglas CrumW/M, age 50 (4-18-26). On 10/11/76, at approx. 11:55 p.m., the victim was shot with a shotgun while driving his 1974 white/green Ford pick-up truck on Highway 98, south at Banana Creek. Phoebe WinstonOn 10-28-77 the victim was reported missing from her home in Plant City. She was last seen driving a 1964 light blue Ford 4-door sedan, which was recovered on 03/03/78 off Cleveland Heights Blvd. in Lakeland. Priteshkumar “Pat” AminVictim was shot in the chest with a .40 cal handgun durijng a robbery at his convenience store, located 201 SR 542, Dundee. Ragel TaylorThe victim’s decomposing body was found floating in a canal behind a home at 711 Fish Hatchery Rd., Lakeland, on 3/7/88. Raul TrochezVictim was found shot to death at the Christmas Tree Mobile Home Park located on Hutchins Rd., in Fort Meade. Ray SheffieldBetween 12/07/79 and 12/08/79 the victim was struck and killed by an unknown vehicle at the Silver Hill Cemetery located on Henry Rd. in Frostproof. Richard L HazellOn 07/06/90, the victim’s body was found wrapped in blankets in the back seat of his 1979 AMC Spirit with the windows up and the doors locked. Robert MonroeThe victim was murdered inside the Paradise Club in Gordonvile. Rodrigo OrrostietaVictim was found shot to death at the Christmas Tree Mobile Home Park located on Hutchins Rd., in Fort Meade, Roland Lee SheltonOn 01/01/92, the victim was found dead in an orange grove north of Cox Rd., Alturas. He had been shot three times in the head with a .25 caliber gun. Ronald LeggettThe victim, a business owner in the Lakeland area, was found murdered inside his residence at 1305 Timberidge Drive in Lakeland, Florida. Ronette PetersonRonette Peterson was found floating in a water filled pit off of Hwy 33, approximately ¾ of a mile north of Combee Road, Lakeland, Florida. JohnsonThe victim was last seen on April 20, 1989 at her place of employment, the Wagon Wheel Café, on Hwy. 17 S., Bartow. Valorie LowmanOn 10/10/73 the victim’s skeletal remains were discovered in a pit near an orange grove 1/4 mile east of Lake Hendry on Garfield Rd. near Homeland. Vann Catherine LeeOn 08/04/92, the victim’s decomposed body was found on the north side of Deanstill Rd. by a road crew. Vincent BartleyThe victim was shot to death with a small caliber handgun outside the Sunset Beer Garden, located at 140 Ave Y N.E., Winter Haven, on 12/23/81. Vivian Patricia KendrickOn 10/23/75 between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. the victim, a housewife, was killed inside her home at 104 Quailwood Dr., Auburndale. Willie Lee RobinsonOn 01/02/77, at approx. 4:33 p.m., the victim was found dead in the front seat of his 1967 blue Buick Skylark, on the south side of Lakeland Hills Blvd. and I-4 near Lake Crago. |
