B/M, age 24 (5/4/83). On 3/20/08 at approximately 0935 hours, EMS was called to a residence locatedo n Kalogridis Rd. in Haines City. EMS discovered the victim's body in the enclosed front porch of the residence. Detectives discovered that the front door of the residence had been forced open. The victim sustained a single gunshot wound to the left eye area. Investigation revealed the residence was a grow house, rented by Agner Vilarello-Fernandez. It is believed that the victim was attempting to break into the residence and Vilarello-Fernandez shot him during this attempt. Vilarello-Fernandez is wanted for questioning in this case.
