| Case Description |
W/M, age 20 (12-29-75). On 12/19/95, the victim was shot once in the chest during a drug buy on Center St. in the area of Loughman. The victim was inside his vehicle when the shooting occurred. This incident is possibly related to a non-lethal shooting which occurred in the same area two hours earlier.
