I/M, age 54 (6/1/54). On 6/20/08 at approximately 0923 hours, the unknown suspect entered Rightway Foods located at 404 US Hwy 17-92 N. in Davenport, where the victim worked as a clerk. The suspect attempted to rob the store and pointed a gun at the victim. When the victim reached under the counter for a pipe, the suspect shot the victim one time. The incident was captured by the store's surveillance system.
