H/M, age 31 (03-22-69). On 03-28-98, the victim got in a dispute with four (4) Mexican males at his residence, located at 208 Snively Ave. in Eloise, at a rooming house known as the “Eloise Hilton.” The victim was armed with a 9mm handgun, which jammed during the dispute. At least 2 other weapons were fired at the victim. This incident is possibly gang related.
