Name: John Doe 
Discovery Date: 2/15/1987 
Case Description

Male, age 35-45, Latin-American, short in stature.  On 02/15/87 the victim’s skeletal remains were found in a wooded area located at 2201 Rifle Range Rd., Alturas.  The victim had been dead for one to three years.  Osteological examination showed the victim had one leg markedly shorter than the other and the victim may have had facial trauma in the past. Cause of death is believed to be head trauma.
