H/M, age 25 (6/7/82). On 11/21/07 at approximately 2045 hours, the victim and his brother were sitting in a vehicle parked on S. Wabash Ave. in Lakeland when they were approached by an unknown black male who displayed a firearm and demanded money from the victim. When the victim refused to comply, the suspect fired one round, striking the victim in the head. The suspect fled on foot.
