Rodrigo Orrostieta, H/M, age 34 (06-10-62), and Raul Trochez, H/M, age 32 (08-06-64). On 11/16/96, both victims were found shot to death at the Christmas Tree Mobile Home Park located on Hutchins Rd., in Fort Meade, after stopping to talk to a group of subjects in the park. The victims were found next to their vehicle.
