B/M, age 37 (7-24-44). The victim was shot to death with a small caliber handgun outside the Sunset Beer Garden, located at 140 Ave Y N.E., Winter Haven, on 12/23/81. The victim had just shot someone else at the bar. After being shot, the victim was placed inside a vehicle and driven to Bob’s Billiards at the intersection of 1st St. NE and Ave. P NE where the car was abandoned with the victim deceased inside.
