Fingerprint Service Information

Requirements:

Presentation of a driver's license or other identification shall be required.

The Sheriff's Office is not certified to fingerprint for the Immigration and Naturalization Service. Please call (813) 931-3124 for information regarding this fingerprinting service.

These locations do only rolled (ink) fingerprints. You will need to provide your own fingerprint card. $5.00 fee per fingerprint card. Locations and Phone Numbers:

The cost of the electronic fingerprinting is $34.25 plus:

$5.00 in county fee
$25.00 out of county fee

At this time electronic fingerprints at Human Resources can be processed for the following purposes ONLY:

Polk County Sheriff’s Office applicants Other Polk County law enforcement applicants
Selected local government applicants
