Sexual predator relocation notice from the Polk County Sheriff's Office informing residents that a sexual predator has recently moved into your surrounding neighborhood.  The predator’s name is GILBERT BRUCE PURVIS, 34-YEAR OLD W/M, DOB: 12/03/1978. He has established transient residency in the area of McCue Road and South Frontage Road, Lakeland, FL.  The Sheriff’s Office is mandated by law to notify the public when a registered sex predator relocates.  You may view his public flyer, or obtain more information on sex offenders and predators in your area, by contacting the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) toll free number at 1-888-357-7332 or at the FDLE website at offender.fdle.state.fl.us, in addition you may connect to the Polk County Sheriff's Office at www.polksheriff.org, and follow the appropriate links to the Sexual Offender Locator.
