Sex Predator Relocates in Lakeland, FL/West Orange Street 

News Story

Sexual predator relocation notice from the Polk County Sheriff's Office in cooperation with Lakeland Police Department informing residents that a sexual predator has recently moved into your surrounding neighborhood. The predator’s name is: ULYSSES SMITH, he is a Black/Male, with date of birth: November 9th, 1975. He has established residency at 1032 West Orange Street, Lakeland, FL.  Law Enforcement is mandated by law to notify the public when a registered sex predator relocates.  You may view his public flyer, or obtain more information on sex offenders and predators in your area, by contacting the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) toll free number at 1-888-357-7332.  In addition, you may connect to the Lakeland Police Department at and click on the link “Sexual Offenders”.
