Store Clerk, James Winham
|Suspects Apprehended 1/7/1999
Polk County Sheriff's Office, East Region, detectives are seeking information on the Friday, Aug. 8, 1997, homicide of 51-year-old James Winham, of Winter Haven.
Winham was a store clerk at a Cumberland Farms convenience store located at 4033 Dundee Road, near Winter Haven.
The victim was found deceased by a store customer just after 11 p.m. The clerk died during an apparent robbery.
A reward of up to $1,000
may be awarded for information leading to the arrest or indictment of a suspect or
suspects. Anyone with information is asked to contact Polk County Crime Stoppers at
