Polk County Crime Stoppers

Polk County Sheriff's Office East Region detectives are seeking Nestor Estorada and Quadalupe Osorio-Jaramillo for their involvement in the homicide death of 41-year-old Leobardo Ramirez. At approximately 2:06 AM on Wednesday, October 29, 1997, deputies responded to a shooting at a residence located at 1308 U.S. Highway 17-92, north of Davenport.

According to witnesses, Ramirez walked to the home he rents to tenants to investigate heard gun shots. Ramirez was shot after getting into a dispute with Estorada and Osorio-Jaramillo. Estorada is described as a 32-year-old Hispanic male, 5'8" tall, weighing about 165 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes. Osorio-Jaramillo is a 25-year-old Hispanic male, 5'10" tall, weighing 150 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes.
