Arrested February 18, 1998

Kirk Crossley and Lisson Etienne, both 19, are being sought on a charge of Attempted First Degree Murder Involving the Use of a Firearm for their involvement in the early Sunday, February 15, 1998, shooting of two victims at the Conversation Club, near Winter Haven.

Detectives believe the shooting is the result of an on-going dispute of at least two months that has been associated with a drive-by shooting and a retaliatory drive-by shooting involving the two suspects and family members of the victims.

Det. Kenneth Powers of the Polk County Sheriff’s Office, Central District, is in charge of the investigation.
