Homicide Suspect Sought
Polk County Sheriff's Office Homicide Detectives are searching for Hilario Manuel Iturbide, DOB 2/29/72, of Haines City, for the Christmas Eve morning stabbing death of 29-year-old Maximino Sanches Reyes, of 5370 East Hinson Avenue Lot #8 in Haines City. Detectives have obtained a warrant charging Iturbide with Reyes' murder, and are requesting assistance in locating the suspect. The suspect - also known as "Manuel Hilario" and "Hilario Manuel" - is described as an Hispanic Male, 5'8, 160 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. Anyone with information who wishes to remain anonymous and be eligible for up to a $1,000 reward is asked to call Polk County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-226-TIPS.
