Information Sought on Burglary

Polk County Sheriff's Office Detectives are seeking information about a burglary which occurred at a residence in Lakeland. The burglary occurred between December 30, 1999 and January 4, 2000 at a residence located at 1633 Blue Heron Lane in Lakeland.
Several televisions sets and a Remmington 870 police model 12-gauge shotgun with a folding stock were taken during the burglary. The shotgun was not a police issue, but is similar to the type of shotgun carried by most law enforcement agencies.
Anyone who may have noticed something suspicious, or anyone with information about the possible identity of the suspect(s) is asked to call Detective Perkins or Detective Burless with the Polk County Sheriff's Office at 499-2400, or 1 800-226-0344.
