Residence Repeatedly Burglarized

Polk County Sheriff's Office Detectives are investigating a string of burglaries of the same Polk City residence. The home, located at 1335 Camp Gilead Road in Polk City, has been burglarized four times in the last five months. Over $9,000 worth of property has been stolen, including tools, fishing equipment, a tractor, boat motors, a go-cart and other items. Detectives are requesting assistance in locating possible suspects. Detective Glenda Eichholtz is in charge of the investigation, and can be reached at 534-6379.
