Polk County Crime Stoppers

Polk County Sheriff's Office Homicide Detectives are seeking information in the homicide of 31-year-old Eaton Park resident Robert "Bobbie" Monroe - also known as "Beef Truck." 

Monroe was fatally shot while inside the Paradise Club in Gordonville at around 1:30 a.m. Saturday morning (March 17, 2001). There possibly was an altercation of some type at the time of the shooting. Detectives are seeking any information about the shooting and possible suspects. Anyone with information about the shooting who wishes to remain anonymous and be eligible for up to a $1,000 reward is asked to call Polk County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-226-TIPS.
