Polk County Crime Stoppers
Polk County Sheriff's Office Homicide Detectives are continuing to seek information in the homicide of 31-year-old Eaton Park resident Robert "Bobbie" Monroe - also known as "Beef Truck." Monroe was fatally shot while inside the Paradise Club in Gordonville at around 1:30 a.m. on March 17, 2001. Detectives are seeking information about the shooting, and are requesting the public's assistance in locating 29-year-old Ericka Powell, AKA "Kay Kay," formerly of Winter Haven, for possible questioning. 

Anyone with information about the shooting and/or the possible whereabouts of Ericka Powell who wants to remain anonymous and be eligible for up to a $1,000 reward is asked to call Polk County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-226-TIPS.To speak to a detective reference the case, call the Sheriff's Office at 534-6379.
