Mr. Lynn, 44, of 645 Grady Lane, Lakeland, was working at the construction site of the Lakeland Animal Clinic located at 3421 Lakeland Hills Blvd. on Saturday, September 15, 2001. He was found deceased at this location on Sunday, September 16, 2001. Mr. Lynn's wallet and his Nextel series 700 cell phone, yellow and black in color (shown below) were missing.
