Polk County Crime Stoppers

Agricultural Crimes Unit Seeking Information
The Polk County Sheriff's Office Agricultural Crimes Unit is seeking information concerning a Grand Theft Over $20,000, Burglary, and Trespassing on Cultivated Property that took place at the Kissimmee Shores property east of Lake Wales off of Hwy. 60,  between 6 p.m. on March 16,2002 and 8:15 p.m. on March 17, 2002.

During this time period, an unknown suspect (s) stole 3 tractors and a forklift.  The suspect (s) then drove the tractors and forklift around the victims' properties causing damage to the tractors and several orange trees.  Fortunately, the tractors and forklift were later recovered.
