Polk County Sheriff's Office Detectives are seeking two brothers wanted for battering a driver and his passenger on Halloween night (Oct. 31, 2002). 

Edward Turner, DOB 10/12/82	Lonnie Turner, DOB 8/9/84

Edward Turner, DOB 10/12/82, and Lonnie Turner, DOB 8/9/84, both of 2702 Ave I NW in Winter Haven, are being sought for an incident that occurred in front of their residence on Halloween night.. Edward Turner is charged with Shooting a Missile into an Occupied Vehicle and two counts of Battery; and Lonnie Turner is charged with Aggravated Battery and two counts of Battery. During the evening hours of Oct. 31, 2002, Edward threw an egg at a passing vehicle, striking the driver and injuring his eye. The passenger of the vehicle got out and was battered by Lonnie, who struck him with a metal pipe. The passenger's father attempted to come to the victims' rescue and also was battered by both brothers. The passenger went to Winter Haven Hospital, where he was treated and released. The driver and the father received minor injuries.  Detectives are seeking assistance in locating the suspects.
