County Sheriff’s Office robbery detectives are seeking the public’s help in
finding two suspects wanted for the armed robbery of the Perkins Restaurant
located at 43522 U.S. Hwy 27 in Davenport.
Around midnight on December 10, 2002, two unknown black males entered the restaurant, armed with handguns, and ordered all of the employees and patrons onto the floor. The suspects stole the patrons' purses. Then one of the suspects removed keys from an employee and took an undisclosed amount of cash from the office. The suspects are described as black males in their 20's, wearing dark clothing and ski masks, approximately 5'10", brandishing small silver-colored handguns and driving a maroon-colored foreign vehicle (possibly Toyota) with tinted windows, a spoiler on the rear, and silver rims on the tires.
