Detectives are seeking information about a string of thefts that have occurred in the Winter Haven area in the last two weeks. Two black male suspects have entered at least eight convenience stores in the Winter Haven area and stolen the cash register while the clerk was distracted. With cash register in hand, the suspects then fled. Polk County Sheriff's Office and Winter Haven Police Department detectives are seeking information about the string of thefts and possible suspects. Anyone who has information and wants to remain anonymous and be eligible for a cash reward is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-226-TIPS.
