Polk County Crime Stoppers

Polk County Sheriff's Robbery detectives are seeking information about an armed robbery that occurred on Friday, December 12, 2003 around 10:20 a.m. at the JMJ Food Store, 4075 SR 60 West in Willow Oak.

An unknown suspect, described as a black male, 5'6" to 5'8", 150 lbs., entered the store carrying a black revolver and demanded money out of the register.  The clerk gave an undisclosed amount of cash to the suspect, who then fled in an unknown type vehicle towards  Mulberry.  The suspect was wearing a black hooded jacket, black cloth over his face, and black pants.
