Polk County Crime Stoppers
Polk County Sheriff's Office detectives are seeking information about a home invasion that occurred at 2524 Coral Way in Lakeland.

At 4:00 p.m. on Monday, June 7, 2004, 2 unknown white male suspects entered the home, one of them armed with a tire iron. The homeowner was home at the time, and went to the front of the residence when she heard them enter. They held her at bay with the tire iron, and robbed her. She was not injured during the incident.

One of the suspects, seen in a composite sketch here, is described as a white male in his early to mid 20's, 6'2", 180-200 lbs., muscular build, with dirty blonde hair, blue or hazel eyes and a day-old beard. He was wearing a white T-shirt and faded blue jean shorts. Witnesses saw a light blue vehicle leaving the area.
