Information Sought: Business Burglary

Polk County Sheriff's Office detectives are seeking information about a business burglary that occurred on August 11, 2004.

At around 3:15 a.m. that morning, the Chinese-To-Go Restaurant located at 45689 US Hwy 27 in Davenport was burglarized by an unknown white male suspect driving a white compact car. After viewing the video surveillance footage and submitting fingerprints left behind at the scene, detectives were able to identify the suspect as Matthew Jones, DOB 12/23/69, who has had numerous previous arrests outside of Polk County for drug charges and burglary.  He has a warrant for his arrest for Business Burglary and Petit Theft.
