Polk County Sheriff's Office deputies are seeking information about a road rage incident that occurred on Sunday, September 12, 2004.

Between 7:30 and 8:30 that morning, a 1995 4-door green Oldsmobile, driven by 39-year-old Kelvin Missildine, was involved in an altercation with a 1997 blue 4-door Jeep as they were headed northbound on US Hwy 98 near Walmart. Missildine forced the Jeep to go into the southbound lane at one point in time, where he then stopped his car, got out, and yelled at the other driver. Missildine was ultimately arrested for Aggravated Assault with a Motor Vehicle for this incident, but deputies are seeking more information from potential witnesses to this crime.
