Polk County Sheriff's Office Robbery detectives are seeking information about an armed robbery that occurred on December 10, 2004.

At 10:30 p.m. that evening, an unknown white male suspect entered the Perkins Restaurant located at 43522 US Hwy 27 North in Davenport, approached the front counter, showed the clerk a black-handled handgun in his waistband, and demanded cash from the drawer. The victim gave the suspect an undisclosed amount of cash, and the suspect fled on foot southbound along US Hwy 27.

The victim is described as a white male, 5'11", 155 lbs., 45-50 years old, a skinny build, with white or salt-and-pepper hair. He was wearing a long-sleeved blue-gray shirt with a Quiksilver logo, blue jeans, and a ball cap. The suspect may be involved in other robberies in the area: the Denny's on December 13th, and the Tropicana Resort on January 8th.
