On Monday, 01/14/08, the Polk County Sheriff's Office
responded to 3910 E. Country Loop, Lakeland, where they found Vincent
Thomas Theismann deceased.
The victim’s teenage son returned home from school at approximately 2:30
pm, and found his father deceased in the dining room of the residence they
shared. The victim had been shot to death.
Theismann, DOB 2/23/1962, was last seen alive on 01/13/08 at
approximately 8:00 pm, by his son.
