Polk County Sheriff's Robbery detectives are seeking information about the armed robbery of a Hungry Howie's pizza delivery man that occurred on Monday, June 30, 2008. At 3:50 p.m., the victim attempted to deliver a pizza inside the Carefree Cove neighborhood in Winter Haven when he was approached by four unknown black males, one of whom was armed with a gray or silver semi-automatic handgun. After robbing the victim of an undisclosed amount of cash, and the pizza, the four suspects fled on foot. The suspects are described as follows:
One black male, 5'2", 100 lbs., 14-16 years old, thin build, with what was described as a "baby face," short hair, last seen wearing a white tank top, and long denim shorts. This suspect was armed with a gun and had a white T-shirt around his neck.
One black male, 5'4", 110 lbs., 16 years old, thin build, with shoulder-length dreadlocks, last seen wearing a white tank top and long denim shorts.
One black male, 5'6", 150-160 lbs., 16 years old, medium build, with curly hair, wearing a white tank top with long denim shorts, also wearing a white T-shirt around his neck.
One black male, about 14-16 years old, no further description.
