At approximately 12:59 pm, on Tuesday, June 17, 2008, a black male with a goatee, approximately 5’7” tall, with a thin build, wearing a white t-shirt, and dark shorts, entered the Dollar General Store, 2832 Recker Highway, Winter Haven.

While in the store the suspect got a bottle of water and approached the counter to pay.  The suspect gave the victim money to purchase the water, and as the victim opened the drawer to place the coins inside, the suspect reached over the counter and removed cash from the register. The suspect then ran out of the store and headed in a western direction.
