INFORMATION SOUGHT IN RETAIL THEFT  Sought

Polk County Sheriff’s deputies are seeking the public’s help in a Retail Theft investigation.

At approximately 1:50 pm on January 7, 2009, a young white male wearing a white long sleeve shirt, blue jeans, and a dark toboggan type hat with a white stripe entered the Circle K convenience store located at 3808 Deeson Road, Lakeland.

The white male left the store with two 18 pack cases of Bud Light beer and did not pay for them.   Video surveillance captures the image of a young man, approximately 5’7” tall, with a thin build.  Witness information described a tattoo on the right side of his neck.

Anyone with information on this investigation is urged to contact Detective Tonya Wright at 863-577-1600, or 863.534.6200.
