INFORMATION SOUGHT IN WHEREABOUTS  Sought 

Polk County Sheriff’s Office Robbery Detectives are asking for the public’s help in locating an Armed Robbery Suspect who is also charged with Aggravated Battery.

At approximately 6:10 pm, on Tuesday, September 8, 2009, Polk County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a Personal Robbery at a residence on S. Terry Avenue, Lakeland.

Upon arrival, deputies learned that the suspect, 24-year-old-Michael Tenbrink, S. Central Avenue, Lakeland, and was allowed entry into the residence to discuss the purchase of a vehicle with the victim. 

The victim told deputies that once inside, the suspect brandished a handgun, pointed it at him and demanded property from the victim.

The victim attempted to chase the suspect who entered an unknown model, gold, 2-door sedan.  As the suspect was fleeing, the victim was struck by the vehicle.  The victim suffered abrasions, but refused medical attention.
