INFORMATION SOUGHT IN RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY  Sought 

Polk County Sheriff’s deputies are seeking the public’s help in several Residential Burglaries of dorm rooms at Webber International University, 1201 N. Scenic Highway, Babson Park.

On two separate occasions, March 17, 2009, and April 8, 2009, thieves entered the dorm rooms through unsecured windows and doors.  Several laptop computers and IPODs were taken.

Anyone who has any information about this investigation, or has been approached by someone who may be attempting to sell laptops or IPODS, is urged to contact Detective Mike Carver at 863.534.6219, or 863.534.6200.
