INFORMATION SOUGHT IN SMASH AND GRAB BUSINESS BURGLARY  Sought 

Polk County Sheriff’s detectives are asking for the public’s help in a Smash and Grab Business Burglary.

At approximately 10:26 pm, on Monday, December 14, 2009, a white male subject broke the glass on the front door of Bridgers Truck and Stop, 549 Bridgers Avenue, Auburndale, and entered the store.

Once inside, the unknown suspect took an unknown number of Lottery tickets before fleeing.

The suspect is described as being approximately 5’10” to 5’11” tall, and weighing approximately 165-175 pounds.  He was wearing jeans, a grey t-shirt, white tennis shoes, and had one “gardening” style glove on his right hand.  He had a large tattoo on his right outer forearm and one on his inner left forearm.
