INFORMATION SOUGHT IN PERSONAL ARMED ROBBERY  Sought 
Polk County Sheriff's detectives are seeking information about a personal armed robbery that occurred on Saturday, February 27, 2010.

Around 8:55 p.m. that evening, the victim was walking west on Parker Street towards Wabash Avenue in Lakeland when he noticed a truck drive past him and then pull into the parking lot of the One Stop Shop located at the corner. Two unknown black male suspects jumped out of the bed of the truck and ran towards the victim.

The victim attempted to run from the suspects, but they caught up to him and hit him in the head with a firearm, threatening to kill him if he didn’t give them his money. After taking the victim’s wallet, the suspects fled the scene.

The suspects are described as two black males, 5’8” to 6’ tall, both with a thin build, both wearing dark clothing.
