Polk County Sheriff’s Office detectives are asking for the public’s help in identifying a person of interest in a Grand Theft investigation.

At approximately 9:10 pm, on Tuesday, April 6, 2010, a male subject parked his golf cart on the side of the Marathon Convenience store located at 5900 Lucerne Park Road, Winter Haven. 

When the victim entered the store, his golf cart was stolen.  Video surveillance captured a images of a person of interest.

He is described as a white male, wearing blue jeans, a black t-shirt, and a black ball cap.  The male was seen parking a green Ford Focus with an unknown passenger.
