INFORMATION SOUGHT IN RETAIL THEFT-BATTERIES  Sought 

Polk County Sheriff’s Office detectives are asking for the public’s assistance in a Retail Theft investigation.

At approximately 3:10 am, on Friday, November 25, 2011, two unidentified black males entered the Circle K convenience store located at 2425 W. Memorial Boulevard.

One black male was wearing a yellow jacket and blue jeans and concealed four packs of batteries in his jacket pocket while inside the business.  As he was taking the batteries, the second suspect, wearing a black hat, blue jacket, and blue jean shorts, acted as the lookout.                           

Both suspects then exited the store without paying any items. Both suspect left the area in a sports utility vehicle.
