INFORMATION SOUGHT IN RETAIL THEFT-DONATION CONTAINER  Sought 

Polk County Sheriff’s Office detectives are asking for the public’s assistance in a Retail Theft investigation.

At approximately 4:53 am, on Tuesday, November 15, 2011, an unidentified white male subject wearing a black Under Armour ball cap, black leather jacket, white shirt, and blue jeans entered the Circle K convenience store located at 2425 W. Memorial Boulevard Lakeland.

In addition, two unidentified black males entered behind the white male subject. The first black male subject was wearing a white ball cap, jean jacket, and light blue jean shorts while the second black male subject was wearing a white ball cap, green jacket, black shirt, and jean shorts.

While inside the store, all three subjects concealed store property, to include a charitable donation container.  The suspects left the store without paying for the concealed items.

The suspects fled in a white in color Ford Explorer.
