INFORMATION SOUGHT IN BUSINESS BURGLARY AND ATTEMPTED BUSINESS   Sought

Polk County Sheriff’s Office detectives are asking for the public’s help in a Business Burglary and an Attempted Business Burglary.

At approximately 11:49 pm, on Sunday, October 14, 2012, the images of three suspects and two vehicles were captured on video surveillance as the three suspects attempted to force their way into the Party Liquor store located at US Highway 27 N. and Sand Mine Road, Davenport.

The suspects were unsuccessful and minutes later, at approximately 12:08 am, on Monday, October 15, 2012, the Polk County Sheriff’s Office received an alarm notification indicating there was a possible Business Burglary at the Hollywood Liquors store located at 114 Polo Park Boulevard, Davenport.

When deputies arrived, they discovered unknown suspects had forced their way into the front door of the business using an unknown type of prying tool.  Once inside, the suspects removed liquor and cigarettes from the store shelves placing the items into a garbage container.

The two vehicles are described as a 2009 red Dodge Charger, and 2006 -2011 silver Honda Civic.  Through the investigation, detectives have learned the charger had been stolen out of Seminole County and since recovered in Orange County.

The suspects are described as black males ranging in height from approximately 5’10” to 6’ tall, and between 160-175 pounds each.

Anyone with information about this investigation is urged to contact Detective Anthony Frese at 863.236.3900 or 863.298.6200.
