INFORMATION SOUGHT IN RETAIL THEFT  Sought 
Polk County Sheriff’s Office detectives are asking for the public’s help in a Retail Theft investigation. 

At approximately 6:35 a.m., on Thursday, January 16, 2014, three subjects entered Nick and Moe’s located at 4410 Kathleen Road, Lakeland. 

The first suspect is a black male approximately 35-45 years of age wearing black pants, white shirt, and black jacket.  The second suspect is a black male approximately 20-30 years of age wearing black pants and a black long sleeve shirt.  The third suspect is a black female approximately 25-35 years of age wearing a multi colored dress and a light colored jacket.   

The three suspects entered the store, concealed property on their persons and left the store without paying for the merchandise.  The suspects were observed leaving in a gold 4-door vehicle.
