Polk County Sheriff's detectives are seeking the public's help in identifying the suspect seen on video surveillance shoplifting items from the J.C. Penney store.

At 8:12 p.m. on Wednesday, December 21, 2011, an unknown white male suspect walked into the J.C. Penney store located at 5000 Grandview Parkway in Davenport (Posner Park shopping center), grabbed over $200 worth of cologne and perfume gifts sets, and ran out of the store. The suspect was seen getting into a black colored Dodge Durango, being driven by a black male suspect wearing a black baseball cap with white lettering.

Detectives were able to identify two people who rented the Dodge Durango -- Filomina Baptiste, and Shabiah Gordon, both of 49 Winter Ridge Circle in Orlando. Detectives would like to speak to either of these individuals.
