SUSPECT SOUGHT IN RETAIL THEFT  Sought 
Polk County Sheriff’s Office detectives are asking for the public’s help in a retail theft investigation. 

At approximately 3:30 p.m., on Wednesday, January 9, 2013, a retail theft occurred at the Circle K located at 8324 U.S. Highway 98 North in Lakeland. 

The suspect in the photo, a white female, approximately 30-35 years of age, wearing a white and black striped shirt, black pants, and sandals.  The suspect has a tattoo covering her entire lower right arm.  

The suspect entered the store and attempted to purchase several snack food items with her EBT card.  Once the card was declined the suspect left the store with the items in her possession.  The suspect was last seen entering an unknown type vehicle which was parked at the gas pumps.
