INFORMATION SOUGHT IN CRIMINAL MISCHIEF  Sought 

Polk County Sheriff's deputies are seeking information about a criminal mischief that occurred at the Eagle Lake Citgo station located at 150 North 5th Street in Eagle Lake.

Around 2:22 a.m. on Thursday, March 14, 2013, an unknown suspect threw a metal object and shattered a window at the aforementioned business, causing around $350 worth of damage.

The suspect, who can be seen in video surveillance, appears to be a white male in his 20s, approximately 5'10" - 6'2" tall, weighing approximately 150-180 lbs.  If anyone has information about this incident they are urged to contact the Polk County Sheriff's Office at 863.298.6200 or Heartland Crime Stoppers.
