Polk County Sheriff’s Robbery detectives are seeking the public’s help in locating Osario Ryan, DOB 7/16/1994, who has a Polk County warrant for his arrest for Armed Robbery. 

At approximately 6:38 a.m., on Monday, March 31, 2014, two black male suspects entered the CITGO Food Mart located at 7110 Highway 544 E, Haines City, and brandished a weapon.

The two suspects threatened the clerk with a silver handgun, then took an undisclosed amount of money and cigarettes. The suspects fled toward Lake Marion Road West.
One of the suspects has been positively identified as Osario Ryan.


19-year-old Osario Ryan is a black male, 6'2" tall, 175 lbs. He may be in the Winter Haven area. 

Ryan is currently on pre-trial release for a November 2012 arrest on charges of Armed Robbery, Grand Theft, Burglary, Resisting Arrest, and Battery on a Detention Officer. He has been in the Polk County Jail a total of three prior occasions.


Ryan is to be considered ARMED AND DANGEROUS.
