Polk County Sheriff's deputies are seeking information about a personal robbery that occurred on Fort Meade Road in Frostproof.

Around noon (12:00 p.m.) on Monday, April 8, 2013, the victim was walking westbound on the north side of Fort Meade Road near Maxcy Quarters Road in Frostproof when he was confronted by four unknown black male suspects. The Victim was struck on his left arm with a garden hoe causing him to fall to the ground. One of the suspects reach into the victim’s back pocket and removed his gray bi-fold alligator skin wallet.  The suspects then fled on foot. 

Suspect one was described as approximately 6’1 – 6’2, 34 – 35 years old, 150 – 160 pounds, with shoulder-length dreadlocks that had red beads in them, a thin full beard, wearing a red tank top and black jeans. The victim was able to complete a composite sketch of this suspect. 

Suspect two was described as approximately 6’1 – 6’2, late 20’s – early 30’s, 150 -160 pounds, clean shaven, wearing a black shirt and black shorts.  

Suspect three was described as approximately 5’8 – 5’10, 170 – 180 pounds, clean shaven, with a crew cut, wearing a blue tank top and white shorts.  

Suspect four was described as approximately 5’8 – 5’10, 150 – 160 pounds, with a crew cut, wearing a grey tank top and blue shorts.
