INFORMATION SOUGHT IN RETAIL THEFT  Sought 

Polk County Sheriff’s Office detectives are asking for the public’s help in a Retail Theft investigation.

At approximately 2:56 a.m., on Tuesday, March 19, 2013 a Retail Theft occurred at the Circle K located at 8324 U.S. Highway 98 N, Lakeland. 

The suspect in the photo, a white male, approximately 17-20 years of age, wearing a black shirt and black shorts entered the store and walked to the beer cooler.  The suspect picked up an 18 pack of Bud Light and exited the store without paying for the merchandise. 

The suspect was accompanied by a second white male subject, approximately six feet tall with sandy blonde hair wearing a black shirt with gray writing. (not pictured)

Both subjects left the area in an unknown type vehicle which was parked on the south side of the building.
